Lunch & Learn: Cultural Sensitivity Understanding & Embracing Diversity in Our Grandfamilies

Join us for an empowering workshop focused on cultural awareness and inclusion within grandfamilies. This training will provide tools to better understand and navigate cultural differences, address biases and microaggressions, and create a welcoming, respectful home environment for grandchildren of all backgrounds. By building cultural sensitivity, caregivers can foster a stronger sense of belonging for the children in their care, promote empathy and understanding, and strengthen family relationships across generations and identities.
