Duet Volunteer Orientation – La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church – Scottsdale, AZ 85254

Orientation for Volunteers to provide services to home bound adults. Please bring your drivers license for ID. A Level 1 Fingerprint clearance is required to volunteer and instructions for obtaining this will be provided at orientation. The total cost of the fingerprinting and clearance is $74 which can be reimbursed by Duet after 6 months of active volunteering. If you already have a Level 1 clearance Card, please bring it with you so we may make a copy.
