Arizona Caregiver Summit: Caring For The Caregiver – Taking Care of You

We invite caregivers, community advocates and stakeholders to this in-person event entitled: Caring for the Caregivers –Taking care of you. This event will provide national, state, and regional perspectives on the needs, resources and support for the caregivers including a panel presentation by diverse caregivers.

The Arizona Department of Health Services Office of Chronic Disease & Population Health is convening the Caregiver Summit on November 8, 2023, at the Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix.

The summit will be held in collaboration with partners such as the Arizona Caregiver Coalition, Department of Economic Security- Division of Aging & Adult Services, Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, Alzheimer’s Association- Arizona chapter, Banner Alzheimer’s Institute, United Way, Duet, Area Agency on Aging, County health departments, AARP, Oakwood Creative Care and many others.
