DESCRIPTION:Presented by Rose Castillo Navarro, MAS-IFP, Touchstone Health Services. Kinship care services is partnering with Touchstone Health Services to present this workshop on Adult Self-Regulation. The Adult Self-Regulation workshop, provides ample opportunities for each participant to learn and reflect about their own Para-Sympathetic and Sympathetic systems. She facilitates a hands on experience where each participant is encouraged to reflect on their current regulation skills and then learn healthier strategies to promote self-awareness for a more effective self-regulation balance.
