DESCRIPTION:Life is an adventure. When we entered the role of caring for someone, things changed. How we looked at our relationship with the one we are caring for changed. Our place in our families and communities changed. Or did it?\nThis webinar will demonstrate techniques in the art of journaling that will help to answer that question and more. Through writing, we enter the adventure of caregiving by traveling inward to who we really are. There, we find inner strength, courage and wisdom.\nWhether you have been caring for someone for a long time or are new to this role, this workshop will be interesting, eye opening, and fun. It will help you find resources – within.\nThe facilitators, Anne Lackey and Bonnie Danowski, are caregivers, teachers, and writers who live the caregiver adventure – and invite you to join them for the write of your life!\nSPECIAL NOTE: This will be a participatory workshop where you can share some of your writing with fellow participants. This personal segment will not be recorded to preserve privacy. There will be a limit of 20 people.
