This workshop is designed to help grandparents identify the signs, understand the risks, and learn how to approach self-harm with empathy and confidence. Participants will explore effective communication strategies, safety planning, and the unique dynamics of supporting grandchildren in their care. With a focus on fostering trust and emotional well-being, this session provides practical tools and resources to empower grandparents to be a source of strength and understanding in their grandchildren’s lives.
